Europe Escapes Booking Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment:
1.1. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost per person is required at the time of booking.
1.2. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
1.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Additional charges may apply for credit card payments.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellations made by the participant must be communicated in writing to Europe Escapes.
2.2. The deposit is non-refundable.
2.3. Cancellations made 10 weeks prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost per person.
2.4. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire tour cost.
2.5. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour once it has commenced.

3. Travel Insurance:
3.1. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
3.2. Europe Escapes is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of inadequate or no travel insurance coverage.

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Tour Operator:
4.1. The Europe Escapes reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participants.
4.2. In the event of tour cancellation by the Europe Escapes, participants will be offered the choice of an alternative tour or a full refund of all payments made.

5. Health and Fitness:
5.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physical condition to undertake the tour activities.
5.2. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must inform Europe Escapes at the time of booking.

6. Travel Documents:
6.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into Italy, Malta or other countries, and any transit countries.
6.2. Europe Escapes is not liable for any costs incurred due to inadequate or expired travel documents.

7. Liability:
7.1. Europe Escapes acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and other services related to the tour.
7.2. Europe Escapes accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of these suppliers or any other third party.

8. Jurisdiction:
8.1. These booking conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

By booking a tour with Europe Escapes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these booking conditions.
